Unfortunately, we cannot allow the cancellation of a personalized item after 24-hours from the date and time of order. Immediately after purchase, the order enters our manufacturing queue and production begins, next day. There will be NO refunds and NO exceptions to this rule. You may call 1-403-506-8685 to confirm.

At Monogram Metal, your satisfaction is our number one priority. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order please contact us directly. We can be reached via email - camilla@monogrammetal.ca or by phone - 1-403-506-8685. We will do whatever we can to replace your piece and ensure your satisfaction.

Our money-back guarantee policy does NOT apply to any personalized metal art pieces. If you do not receive your personalized piece as advertised, we will immediately replace your item. Refunds for personalized items are only considered on a case by case basis. All returns require you, the customer, to ship the item back to us at your cost. Our mailing address is: 107 Westview Dr, Sylvan Lake AB T4S 1H7. When the sign has been received, a refund will be processed back through the original payment method.
